Cancellation Policy

At VI.XIX Skin Lab, each appointment is reserved exclusively for you to ensure a personalized and exceptional experience. We value your time — and ours — and ask that all appointment changes or cancellations be made at least 24 hours in advance. We understand that things happen, and when it does, communication goes a very long way. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment will incur a cancellation fee of 45% of the booked service total, which will be charged to the card on file. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the booked service total, which will be charged to the card on file. This policy allows us to honor the time and preparation dedicated to each guest and maintain the quality of service our clients expect. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in the loss of booking privileges.
